All counties > Ashcroft, BC

Brothers Clement Francis Cornwall and Henry Pennant Cornwall, founders of Ashcroft Ranch, sold flour to packers and miners, helping to make the community a major stopping-point inbetween Kamloops and Spence's Bridge.

Well-known for their hospitality, the brothers hosted annual horse races on Cornwall Flat and, with the Ashcroft Hunt, hunted coyotes.
