Pluses:  It's a great place to live. Have surrounding lakes and rivers.
Lots of wildlife. Great fishing and snowmobiling. The people are wonderful , everyone knows one another .

Minuses:  Lack retail stores for competition for prices. Cost more to commute to city, vacancies low to rent or buy.

A good place to...  to live and enjoy retirement
