Innisfil is a town in Simcoe County, in the province of Ontario. It is on Lake Simcoe.

Former and merged community names include:

The township, when surveyed in 1820, included Allandale, Tollendal, Painswick, Minets Point, and Holly.

The town was created in 1991 through the amalgamation of the township of Innsifil, a north section of the township of West Gwillimbury, and the village of Cookstown.
