Pros: nice hospital with level 4 and 3 doctors and a nurse practioner, RCMP detachment,2 great schools plus a community college,large for recreation, skating arena,curling rink, bowling, swimming pool, heritage park, regional park, golf course,great place to raise a family or retire.
Cons: jobs are limited but not impossible it is a farming community also has many trades but the closure of 2 mills is a definite downfall.
This is a good place to call home, fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, nature loving and all the amenities needed.
General info: Town of just under 2000 people, big enough to do your own thing but small enough to care.
